Updated! KYTC District 8 High Water Report: Monday, February 17, 2025

SOMERSET, Ky. (Feb. 17, 2025) – Several roads across District 8 remain affected by high water. The safety of motorists remains our top priority, and we urge all drivers to use caution, obey road closure signs, and avoid driving through flooded areas—turn around, don’t drown!

Flooded roads added throughout the day will be listed as NEW. Roads in which water has receded are listed below as CLEAR and will then be removed from the list during the next update.

The following state roads in District 8 are currently affected by high water:

McCreary County

-KY 1363 MP 8 – OPEN

Pulaski County

-KY 1642 MP 4.3

Rockcastle County

-KY 1329 MP 3-4 – OPEN

 Wayne County

-KY 92 MP 10.5-12.38

-KY 3106 MP 3.5

-KY 3284 MP 3-4

-KY 1808 MP 0.04
