On Tuesday, February 17th, 2026, Adair County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Derek Padgett obtained a search warrant for 1209 Oak Grove Road.
During the execution of the search warrant, numerous stolen items from 101 and 103 Dillon Street were recovered.
During the investigation a suspect was identified as Benjamin L Harmon, 38, of Columbia, Kentucky.
On Tuesday, February 24th, 2026, Deputy Padgett obtained an Adair County Felony Warrant Of Arrest for Harmon.
Sheriff Gary Roy: “Although numerous items of reported stolen property have been recovered, there is still reported stolen property that the Adair County Sheriff’s Office is searching for.
I ask the public’s assistance in an effort to try and locate these items.
