Narrative: On 3/27/24 Taylor County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a dispute on Lake Road. Through investigation it was discovered that Mr. Monroe had cocaine on his person. He was arrested by Sgt. Mark Dickens without incident and transported to Taylor County Detention Center. Assisting at the scene was KSP.
