Glasgow, KY – The Barren, Hart, And Metcalfe Allies for Substance Abuse Prevention (ASAP) Coalition and T.J. Regional Health have been awarded funds to purchase 960 doses of life-saving intranasal Narcan and 15 Opioid Rescue Kits through the 2024 ASAP and Harm Reduction Grants. These Opioid Rescue Kits and intranasal Narcan doses are available free of charge to businesses, community organizations, and individuals in Barren, Hart, and Metcalfe Counties. Training opportunities on proper use of Narcan are available to the public upon request.
