On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, the Adair County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single vehicle injury accident on Elkhorn Road.
Stephen Grady, age 20, of Campbellsville, was traveling on Elkhorn Road, when he ran off the roadway and struck a guardrail.
After striking the guardrail, he crossed the center line and struck a rock wall, resulting in him being ejected from the vehicle.
Grady was transported by Adair EMS to TJ Samson ER for his injuries.
Deputy Josh Durbin is investigating and was assisted by Chief Deputy Brandon Hitch, along with Adair EMS and the Knifley Fire Department.
