Campbellsville Fire-Rescue Dispatched To Apartment Fire On Walling Avenue

Quadplex Apartment Fire

Campbellsville Fire-Rescue was dispatched to a report of a working upstairs apartment fire. Upon arrival, firefighters found heavy smoke and fire showing inside the upstairs apartment. Firefighters extinguished the fire, searched for occupants, and provided overhaul. One apartment sustained fire and smoke damage, and one apartment sustained water damage. The other two apartments were not affected. The cause of the fire is related to a cooking fire. No firefighter or civilian injuries was reported.
