Adair County Sheriff’s Office Arrests 3 On Grand Jury Indictment Warrants After Burglary, Thefts

The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 3 Adair County residents on indictment warrants handed down by the Adair County Grand Jury, for burglary and theft charges, that happened in the Cedar Grove Rd. and Portland Rd. areas of Adair County.

Jarred L. Bartley, 35, was charged with 3 counts of Burglary 3rd degree, 1 count of Theft by Unlawful Taking $10,000 < $1,000,000, 2 counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking $1,000 < $10,000, 1 count of Receiving Stolen Property $1000 < $10,000, 1 count of Criminal Mischief 1st degree, and 1 count of Persistent Felony Offender 1st.

Joshua G. Vanover, 30, was charged with 3 counts of Burglary 3rd degree, 1 count of Theft by Unlawful Taking $10,000 < $1,000,000, 2 counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking $1000 < $10,000, 1 count of Receiving Stolen Property $1000 < $10,000, and 1 count of Criminal Mischief 1st degree.

Joshua W. Westray, 35, charged with 1 count of Receiving Stolen Property $1000 < $10,000.
