How to Sign Up:
In-Person Sign-Ups: September 23rd, 25th, and October 1st from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM at the ACES Lobby.
Drop-Off: Forms and payment can be dropped off at Downey Eye Clinic anytime between September 17th and October 17th, â„… Daniel Hedges.
Important Note: October 17th is the absolute deadline. No exceptions will be made for late sign-ups, and no refunds will be issued.
