Businesses, companies, and individuals are signing up for the 6th annual “Paint The Town,” which is scheduled for Thursday, July 25th, 2024 in Columbia. The event will be held on the square from 4 pm to 8 pm.
“Paint The Town” is an annual event in which people are assigned a section of sidewalk to paint around the square. This year the city is planning on having the square closed so people can walk around and visit the various displays. There will be free popcorn, popsicles, and other items for children. The Columbia-Adair County Fire Department, Ambulance Service, and the Columbia Police Department’s Drug Trailer will be setup.
For further information, call Tiffany Collins at City Hall. Trey Stephens will be coordinating the outline of the square.
