REACH OUT FOR KOSAIR KIDS REACHES RECORD TOTAL

The total dollars raised on August 5th, 2017 for Reach Out for Kosair Kids was $32,600.00. The event was held at the Cave City Convention Center. This brings the 6 year Grand Total to   $162,000.00 which goes to Kosair Charities.

Adair Circuit Court August Indictments

Bobby Ray Roberts, Jr. 166 New Hope Church Road, Columbia KY: Count 1: trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree-first offense(less than 4 grams of Cocaine) Count 2: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Count 3: possession of a controlled substance in the second degree (drug Unspecified) Count 4: Prescription controlled substance not in original container – first offense Count 5: Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs/ etc. or alcohol concentration of or above-First offense Count 6: Possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

Robert Joseph Hausdorfer, 604 Fairground St, Columbia KY: Count 1 Burglary in the second degree. Hausdorfer enter or remained unlawfully in a dwelling owned by Charles Norfleet, or another person, with the intent to commit a crime. Count 2: persistent felony offender in the first degree: Count 3: Burglary in the Third Degree: Count 4: Persistent felony offender in the first degree: Count 5-theft by unlawful taking/disposition $500 or more but under $10,000.00. Hausdorfer knowingly and unlawfully took or exercised control over numerous items of property, all having a value of more than $500.00 but less than $10,000.00, same being the movable property of Lucas Young , or another person, with the intent to deprive the owner. Count 6- Persistent felony offender in the first degree. Count 7- Criminal mischief in the third degree- Hausdorfer intentionally or wantonly deface, destroyed, or damaged property owned by Charles Norfleet, by intentionally or wantonly damaging the rear door and frame of a mobile home and the rear door and lock of an outbuilding, causing pecuniary loss of less than $500.00.

Harvey Lee Pennington 1980 Oil Well Road, Glasgow KY Count 1 Burglary in the second degree- Pennington entered or remained unlawfully in the residence of James Byrd, with the intent to commit a crime. Count 2: Theft by unlawful taking/disposition $500 or more but under $10,000.00- Pennington knowingly and unlawfully took or exercised control over the numerous items of personal property, including a bathtub, a bathtub vanity with a sink and mirror, kitchen table and chairs, kitchen cabinets, wood stove, doors, lumber, hand tools, screws, nails, a ladder a shovel, and a rake and or miscellaneous other items of property, all having a value of more than $500.00 but less than $10,000.00, same being the movable property of James Byrd. Count 3 Criminal mischief in the first degree.

Daniel George Spieker 39 Wheat Road, Columbia KY- Count 1 Leaving the scene of an accident failure to render aid/ with death or serious physical injury. Count 2: Failure to produce insurance card.

William Todd Bryant 1404 Snake Creek Columbia KY- Count 1 Human trafficking- victim under eighteen 18 years of age. Count 2 Sodomy in the First Degree 45 Counts. Bryant engaged in deviate sexual intercourse with J.L. an unnamed male whose date of birth is xx/xx/2007, and who was incapable of consent because he was less than 12 years old, on at least 45 separate occasions. Count 47-296 Possession of Matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor- 250 Counts. Bryant had in his possession or under his control matter which visually depicted a sexual performance by a minor person when Bryant had in his possession or under his control approximately 7,000 but no less than 250 digital images, photographs, videos, and/or motion pictures depicting an actual sexual performance by a minor person with knowledge of its content and character, and that the sexual performance is by a minor. Count 297 Promoting a sexual performance by a minor under 16.

Jodessi K Scholl 136 Colony Drive, Columbia KY – Count 1 Possession of a controlled substance in the first degree- first offense (methamphetamine)Count 2 Possession of marijuana. Count 3 possession of drug paraphernalia.

Heather George Bryant 284 N HWY 127 Russell Springs KY- Assault in the second degree. Bryant intentionally caused physical injury to Chelsie Adams by means of a deadly weapon or a dangerous instrument or she wantonly caused serious physical injury to Chelsie Adams by means of a deadly weapon or a dangerous instrument, when she cut Chelsie Adams in the face and stabbed her in the back with a knife.
